Forged from 1075 with 3" O-kissaki. 29" blade length (nagasa), Sori is approx. 3/8". Saka choji hamon, finished to 60 grit. Can be taken to a finer finish or fully polished at additional expense.
I currently have 5 kitchen knives in the works/ available. This one is a 6" chef's knife with Claro walnut handle and mokume guard/ ferrule. Blade is W2 with a deep midare hamon. The others will be listed as finished.
