Soshu Den style Katana
This blade has been a special project of mine for the past 4 years. I have worked on the blade slowly and tediously during that period trying to make the epitome of what I consider to be my finest work to date. The blade itself is forged from the highest grade tamahagane which I imported from Japan. I spent a great deal of time during my foundation forging just sorting and refining the initial kera (ore) to select the best steel for each seperate billet in the construction of the blade.

27 5/8" Sakura (Cherry blossom theme) Katana
This blade is forged from 1075 and is fully polished and ready to go! Habaki is copper with simple perpendicular file work. Tsuba is a damascus sukashi tsuba with cherry blossom cut outs. This themes carries on throughout the fuchi/ kashira and saya. The hamon on this blade is a gorgeous midare with tons of ashi activity. The blade also has mune-yaki confined directly on the mune. 28" Katana in shirasaya
This blade is forged from 1075 and is fully polished and ready to go! Habaki is copper with simple perpendicular file work and shirasaya is straight grained alder. The hamon on this blade is an absolutely stunning choji/midare with tons of hataraki and numerous tobiyaki throughout the blade. Here are the specs:

Shobu Zukuri Tanto by Josiah Boomershine (Sada Nobu)
This is one of Josiah's first tanto forged from W2. The blade has a robust shape with a very active midare hamon.
